Spring Fit Pilates is a small in-home studio in the heart of San Rafael. We offer individualized one on one Pilates sessions taught by experienced and passionate instructors in a welcoming, peaceful and private setting.

Whether you're new to Pilates or an experienced practitioner, we are dedicated to supporting your movement needs and goals. Pilates sessions are tailored to clients' individual needs focusing on functional strength, utilizing the Pilates equipment and exercises designed by Joseph Pilates.
Our goal is to help our clients achieve better balance, more strength and fluid movement. We work with all fitness levels, whether you're pre-, post natal: recovering from an injury, or just focusing on overall health, fitness and well-being.

Meet Kristina
Kristina has a background in movement from growing up in an active household but a back injury led her to explore Pilates.
Within three months, she was not only
pain-free but hooked on the practice.
In 2002, Kristina became a certified Pilates instructor and now offers personalized sessions, both in-person and online. Her focus is on tailoring workouts to individual needs, while keeping things lighthearted and fun.
What can Pilates do for you?
Pilates builds functional strength and body mind awareness. It focuses on muscle strength and control, stabilizing areas of the body, while mobilizing others. You will find an improvement in your balance, posture, flexibility and coordination. With consistent practice, you will notice changes in how you move in your day to day life, moving more fluidly, to prevent injuries and strains, while doing everyday activities.

Pilates is suitable for every body, all shapes and sizes. Private sessions will be tailored to your individual movement goals, your age and ability. Whether you're an athlete in training, pre-, post natal, looking to improve posture and balance, recovering from an injury or just looking for a varied total body workout.
